Claudia Brantley has hands on experience in areas of bankruptcy law, contract law, criminal law, entertainment law, eviction proceedings, family law, foreclosure defense, military law, and tax preparation.
Attorney Brantley is a graduate of Florida A&M Universitys College of Law. While attending law school full-time, she obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Attorney Brantley's prior education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Ms. Brantley also has a banking background as a Financial Specialist with Wachovia Bank, N.A. As a Financial Specialist she consulted with clients on financial matters which involved budgeting, investing, retirement planning, and business planning.
Attorney Brantley's in depth knowledge of the law comes from her professional experiences. She interned at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney's Insurance Fraud Unit. She also worked at the U.S. Armys Judge Advocate Generals (JAG) Corps in Wiesbaden, Germany. While at the JAG office Ms. Brantley performed legal research to assist defense counsel in preparation for courts-martial, article 32 investigations, administrative separation boards, chapter actions, and article 15 proceedings. At the Law Offices of Rosalyn Dunlap in Orlando, FL, Attorney Brantley gained valuable experience in Bankruptcy and related matters. Attributable to Attorney Brantley's extensive legal knowledge and experience, particularly in the area of Bankruptcy, Ms. Brantley also served as a Bankruptcy Specialist for HSBC Finance Corporation.
Attorney Brantley is a member of the Florida Bar and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
